I keep a 'Semen Retention' journal to track my progress, and it's not just a semen retention journal, I talk about a wide variety of subjects on it as well from my hows my day going, my errands, the activities I plan to do next on my day, some of the things that happened to me and my thoughts on them. I use Microsoft word, it's been great and therapeutic. Does anyone here do the same? It sorta have that Holistic effect that boost you up.

Yes, I have a combination of physical journals and also use chatgpt. Chatgpt has been a game changer since I'm not using journals as calculation and complex thinking aids as I did in the past, they are more documeting things that may be going on, but for more heavier and intense calculations, I try to get chatgpt to do all of the heavy lifting.

I have used chatgpt in the past for intimate, including private-solo intimacy issues, without going into any details of my motivations or goals, as you have. You can basically write anything on it.

Lol yeah, Yesterday morning I asked it about my Air Force Retirement benefits and which college is best to Pursue an Anthropology degree given my current situation....lol Good stuff you can ask anything on it and it give some really good insightful answers.

That would be affirmation and AI feedback of EVERY interaction, and how you could do it better next time.

My main sticking point is getting out of my shell and saying something out of the mouth to a woman. Some progress at least in awareness. But at least I am accountable.

I don’t like the gimmicks either.

The quickest way to raise your libido, and keep it up without any gimmicks, are:

exercise (weight training and HIIT / explosive cardio)
Diet
Sleep
Not jacking off until one has a reciprocal physical partner

I doubt highly, that lamenting daily in a journal, improves the sexual prowess of the author.

I do believe, that action, of any sort, increases further action.

What's wrong with keeping a journal? It's a great way to talk about your progress and what you're doing wrong. Later on when you made better progress you can look back at your earlier entry and reflect. Furthermore, Journaling is very therapeutic and you can talk about other stuff like how you're day went, relationships with family, philosophy and subjects that interests you...it's a great venting session for the soul.
