i feel wiered

man i feel all different kinds of **** kind of like a roller coaster, a little panic a little joy, a little sorrow, a little down a little up. im young good looking and have a nice bimmer. but i been in a cacoon for the past 15 months with this girl and her hyper a.d.d. kid. im in a funk fog and need to snap the f@ck out of it. any body have pointers to help he take the edge off????
