Long Story Short I got in a car accident back In early August.
My insurance company allied, did a swift and great job.
I got the car through Toyota Fincial, I was buying to own
For those that don't know what's been going on, the car owner Denny Hecker got into some **** and long story short he had to sell the dealerships he owned, cause he owed lot of people hundreds of millions
Fast Forward, I got gap insurance through Toytoa financial who was the one who finances my car. I call them to let them know what happend they said the Gap would kick in and I'd be good, or so I thought
The last couple of Months I felt like A tennis ball in Rafael Nadal and Roger Fedrer match

I keep going back and forth with them
Solo: what's going on with the Gap?
Toyota financials: It's through Fidelis
Solo: I was told I got the gap through you guys
Fidelis: that's negative it's through Toyota
So this goes on about back and forth about like 4 mother***** times. Like really? So finally I got this chick to help me out and she is like, we gotta file a claim calls us on Wednesday. Now knowing how incompetent Toyota is, and the fact that she is competent I try getitng her extension number, and she is like "we don't have direct extensions" now I'm like great. Anyway of course I don't call on Wednesday I call today cause I'm still getting bills in the mail.
The girl is telling me that they send the files to be processed and it can take awhile but that I should call the Car dealership and find out what's going on
I calmly explained to her that I already did this, and their under new ownership, and also that it's processed on their end. Anyway she keeps saying some dumb **** and now I'm getting I quickly hung up the phone
It's now almost the end of October
