I've had a lot of trouble making it to school and work lately, because I've had a lot of fatigue and weakness. I have a hard job, and work nights, but I have been doing that for a long time now. I get really bad fatigue about 8 hours after I wake up. Blood tests they did were fine, so I am thinking it might be anxiety or depression, but any other ideas would be great. I am 19 years old and normally feel great. It has been going on about 2 months now.
I feel horrible. Any idea what I have?
