Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

Basically this girl, told her friend not to invite me to a kind of party that her friend was throwing because her ex bf would be there! So i said "Well ive made other plans anyway so i cant go, so you got your wish"

her exact words were "Hold your horses, wasnt a wish, just didnt want you there coz my ex bf is potentially going to be there, thats all"

Anyone?

Cheers

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Are you retarded?

What she means is

"Hold your horses, wasnt a wish, just didnt want you there coz my ex bf is potentially going to be there, thats all"

If you want her to explain what she fears about her boyfriend, ask her. Everything we say will only be speculation and KJing.

I'd also like to say, that you did an awful job of giving us details about this incident. You included no feelings, and what your relationship with her surrounding the party is. You haven't told us if you are AFC in her presence, if you stalk her whenever you have a chance, or if she is a bootycall girl.

Help us, help you.

"Hold your horses" - Calm down, dude.

"wasn't a wish" - don't put words in my mouth and act like I'm the bad guy

"just didn't want you there" - I'm not comfortable with you being around because....

"coz my ex bf is potentailly going to be there" A) I'm attracted to one of the two of you and don't want to hurt the other by parading it in their face, B) I'm concerned that my current relationship with my ex with be a turn off/scare you away, C) I'm going to try to play both of you for all you're worth and that's rather difficult if you're both around at the same time.

"that's all" - do you get it yet, or do I need to go over it again?
That's my interpretation anyway. :D

Why ask us - why not ask her?? She said it for a reason?

Maybe she told her ex b/f some lie about you - i.e. that she had sex with you or you grabbed her boobs oir some crazy shyt so he can get him jealous and upset -- and he said if he ever saw you that he will hurt you.

It obviously has something to do with you and what she told him -- find out!!!! She'll wont tell you the truth though!

Ok a bit of backround

Her friends think that i like her and if i went to the party i would try and get with her....she also probably thinks this, her friends think me getting with her would not be a good idea because they think said girl doesnt like me at all because it would cause problems if they knew the truth which is we get on pretty well and liked each other quite a while back! (i cant be bothered to explain why it would cause problems, it just would so accept)

When i said you got you wish she asked "what wish" i said "The one where you guys didnt want me coming coz i apparently would of tried to get with you"

Thats when she replied "Hold your horses, wasnt a wish, just didnt want you there coz my ex bf is potentially going to be there, thats all anyway must sleep, night x"

To which i replied "Think thats a bull**** reason personally, but yeh night x"

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
