Hi guys I've been a member of this site for years now recently I just got released from incarceration for domestic assault (complicated) any way I have a baby with this lady. Now I'm gonna need help getting to see my daughter. I already did a dna test on her and yes she's mine I don't have to pay child support because the girl was living with me at the time. I would like to see my daughter some time this year but I don't know if its worth it. I make enough money to get a great attorney and all but, is she worth it should I just leave things alone. its a hard decision but sad situation.

That's completely dependent on your emotions towards your daughter. For my own benefit, I would recommend you do take an interest as you might be a member of my society and your lack of activity in your offsprings life will cause further damage to western culture. However, the fact that you're not sure suggests you don't really care about her.
You should try to see your daughter and be a part of her life as much as possible. This ensures she gets to know who you REALLY are and not just what her mother tells her about you.
If you broke a woman's face and went to jail.. you better believe there is a big chance she will raise your daughter to hate men. It doesn't even matter which woman you pimp slapped. In today's society.. hitting a woman is grounds for dehumanization. So make sure your side of the story gets out.

I don't know where you live.mbut lots of places have men's rights groups that could lend you a hand.
I've no idea if these groups have the kind of people in them that you'd want to be friends with. But they can get you a fair shot at seeing your daughter.

You don't have to pay support, because she never turned you in for it. All she has to do is file the forms, and you will start owing the money.
If you want to see your daughter, you'll want to get a job and a stable residence so you look good to the judge. Then you can file a petition to modify custody agreement. If I were writing it, I would include your income and offer to pay the state guideline amount. The criteria the judge will use to make the decision is that it must be in the best interests of the child. You being a stand-up guy and wanting to pay support, instead of running from a court order like a typical dirt bag, will impress the judge. Don't expect half-custody, though. You'll probably get every other weekend and maybe a week or two in the summer.

I just want to add that your daughter needs you in her life. Every girl needs her father.
Parkthebus its not that i dont really care its that i don't want any animosity towards the girl my daughter and me i want peace i want her to come to me and say heres your ddaughter you can see her wwhenever all my kids love me to death. not that im the best guy out there but i love all my kids forever Ill keep you guys posted
