I don't know how to lose

Hello guys,

On the path of developing myself I realise a huge problem with the way I am.

I notice this very easy when I play online games for examples. I do not know how to lose and further more I get really angry when I lose and want to break stuff and kill myself.

Now this may happen in other areas of my life where I may not notice or misjudge. I don't like this. So far my best solution is to keep me off from things that trigger this state but I'm not settled with me knowing I react like this.
What would be the reason behind this and how should I modify this pattern?
