Barak Obama is not black! He's mulatto! He's half Dutch! Hale Berry is also halfsies, they said she was the first african american to win the best actress oscar, but actually the first African American to win that award was Charlize Theron. A white dutch girl from South africa, which brings me back to my original point, Barak Obama is not black.

Most all black people have white ancestors.

Black people are considered black because of their skin color and facial features, not their genetics. And will be treated as such. Noone is going to ask a black person if their mama was white, before calling him a racial slur.

And mulatto is a stupid word. Say bi-racial, if you don't want to sound like a jack@ss.

Iggi, mulatto is the proper word, though bi-racial can be used in Barak's case too. I find it annoying that he if he gets elected, he will be called the first black president, even though he's not all black. George Bush is about a 1/4 Jewish, no one is calling him the first jewish president!

I'm mixed too.. so I understand and am also annoyed by how mono-racial people attempt to make multiracial people mono-racial. They say hes black cause its easier to understand. This is still an overwhelmingly mono-racial world we live in. Tiger Woods disliked being called black too.. it is actually pretty unfair to mixed race people to have one side of their identity erased basically when people decide they are just white or just black.

he IS black. he's part black, therefore he IS BLACK

you could call him white if you wanted, cuz that would be legit

as long as he doesn't care then why argue about it? i'm sure he values his black heritage just as much as his white heritage

I never understood that either. If someone has a small piece of a certain race/nationality in them, suddenly they become that identity.

"Oh yeah, I'm Italian so I have great hospitality."
"Really? You don't look Italian..."
"Well, my grandmother's second cousin was from Sicily."

However, Barack Obama would never shun such a label, as a great amount of his support come from people that are voting for him mainly because he is "black". This is all irrelevant to the educated voter, however.

The most important thing you need to know about Obama is not his race...it's the fact that he thinks giving driver's licenses to illegal aliens is a good idea, and that he is a first-term senator that lacks the experience to hold the executive office.
