Oh man, just skimmed through the OP. She's a nutter man. BPD most likely. I had a 1.5 month long romp with one fresh out of my ex-marriage when I was still very naive in the ways of the womenfolk. Hey again thanks again to all who took the time to read and reply, I do apprecieate it.
I am in a dark place, I cant concentrate on anything not even at work, I've started spending my evenings sitting in a chair going over and over everything that has happened obessively checking her facebook for clues and reading through all my messages trying to cross the Ts, I feel like this has consumed me.
O.K So I think I'm just about a point of no return within myself, she has 'played' me since the day she met me and I have been a f*****g idiot to myself and shown a serious lack of respect for my friends who have been telling me since day one things wernt right.
I don't know how to go forward from here yet though, Do I just delete all trace of her right now at work and run her stuff to her Nans tonight when she is working? guess that would be the less confrontational but it seems cold to not even explain why I'm doing it, but then I suppose she will already know why.

Get the contact info off your phone, drop the FB links, everything.
You know you have no other choice.

I sense part of this has to do with the way she made you feel about yourself.
Any truth to this, or not even in the ballpark.
Point is, understanding the "need" helps to see it for what it is and take steps to eliminate it.

I've dealt with a woman like this before, but unlike you there was no clean means of separation as she also happened to be a coworker. She made my personal and professional life a fresh batch of hell every morning.
Break off all communication with her and means of communication.
Erase any lingering and tangible connection with her, including any belongings.
Do not simply downgrade her to a friend/acquaintance...remove her from your life completely.
Do not attempt to reestablish contact with her at a later period, believing you can handle the situation better the second go-around.
In desperation, she will pretend to go along with your wishes and simply ask for a small favor...PERFORM NO FAVORS, regardless of its significance to you.
Most importantly, you need to refill the void this woman's absence will cause in your life and schedule. Keep yourself busy and committed to other matters. Hang out with friends more, indulge in new hobbies and activities, get lost in a tv show, book, or video game. The only habit worse than being with this woman is drugs, and even that is debatable.
