A body can produce more force based on a list of factors:

-Improvements in general strength. (Try improving your squat, deadlift, bench, rows, cleans)

-Improvements in explosive strength (Try doing sprints, medicine ball throws, plyometrics)

-Improvements in core strength (Try low intensity ab work, high reps)

-Improvements in technique

-Gaining weight

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

On a slight tangent, Muay Thai hand techniques tend to be weaker or less focused on than those of western boxing. Part of this comes from the stance which was touched on earlier and part of this comes from the fact that in Thailand a punch is the lowest scoring technique with head kicks and throws from the clinch racking up the points.

If you really want to learn to work the bag then work with a boxing coach.
