"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

i like her too much she has a bf,she likes me tooo, she told a friend of mine.when i am near to her or when i talk to her she blushes.she told me that she doesnt love her bf and love doesnt exist.

she broke with him, iasked her out she accepted,SHE asked me for my number and SHE gave me hers.i didnt ask.she told me that she will call me to tell me at which hour she will finish her course,in order to go out together(we are in same college i am 24 she is 18).

but the problem is that every time i ask her out she declines on the phone, always she has an excuse of course a silly one.so i asked her why she is behaving like that and i told her if she didnt want to go out with me all she has to do is telling, she said no and that she is willing to go out with me but she has been busy.
she told me that she will call me back to see if her parents will let her go out.10 mn later she sms me and told me "i cant and btw i am still talking to my boyfriend if it matters to you".

i gangied her since,it has been 5 weeks.i didnt ask her why she got back to her bf.now i am going out with a classmate of her.my friend told me that she asked him what is going on between me and the classmate, and she seems extremely jaleous! this is the conversation between her and my friend:
her: so? your friend is having a lot of fun with girls?he is approaching every girl in college!!!
him:yes so?u r letting that to happen,u refused him.
her:for the records i dont care for him and he means nothing to me.
him:but u told me that u like him remeber?
her:(she yelled!) I TOLD U I DONT CARE FOR HIM!!!
him:u seem very jaleous
her :she yelled again, she blushed she told him that she doesnt get jaleous even if i was her bf.

The problem is i cant get her off my mind, ihave dated other girls,****ed other women, went out with my buddies,i have done everything to keep her out of my mind, but it doesnt work!!!

i know that she likes me,there is a party on friday she is coming too, should i approach her again, and talk to her sincerely about all the issues, and make everything clear and simple,or what?
plz help me what is the best for me to do?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

A universe...where heartbreak and sadness have bee
Get over it. NEXT her.

For God's sake, man...she's over you. Get on with your life. I don't want to hear this "I can't" sh!t. You CAN and you WILL, or you'll continue being depressed.

you're acting like a boy, not a man.

if she liked you, she'd accept every one of those dates - and if she couldnt make it, she'd rescheduale on the spot, none of that "let me give you a call and see when i can make it" bs.

if she liked you, she wouldn't be talking to her ex.

this girl doesn't give a damn about you, she only seems to want you now because another girl has you, if you dump that girl and try to hook up with this one again, she will flake on you all the time again.

best thing for you to do? take the girl you're seeing now to the party, make out with her, sleep with her if there's a room available, and ignore the flaky one.

There is no magic pill or method that will clear your mind of her. How long did you give it? 3 weeks? It takes time to get over a one-itis. The more time that passes, the easier it gets. You can't look for the easy way out. You let yourself fall hard for her, now it's gonna hurt like hell getting back up. Tolerate the pain, it'll make you tougher.

NO - NEVER TALK TO HER ABOUT THE SITUATION.

Only talk about it if she intitiates it - and then be vague and don't regurgitate all your emotions.

Keep doing what your doing - dating other etc.

Time will help.

Just stop being so readilly available and nice to her. Keep ignoring her and act like she's not there.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
