“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Not going to quote the whole article here but just read it - it's worth it. Here are a few of my thoughts.

1. Notice it states she had to pawn her earrings to afford legal counsel. Why? She's a g/f, that's it. All she had to do was GTFO according to the order and that's that. But no, she needs counsel apparently. Why? Because she feels she's entitled to some kind of "settlement" after being accustomed to this lifestyle.

2. Next we see the list of events this guy mentions from throwing glasses at him to dumping his crap into the pool. She's already crazy. Now not getting into a he said/she said argument here, but at least with the guy using this legal document he's got some type of protection for himself.

3. It mentions she has no place to go; aka, "found herself homeless". Ok, I get it that if you move in with someone and it doesn't work out, you gotta find someplace else. But she apparently has no resources of her own to do this. I can't find any sort of occupation or job this woman holds down at all, yet she just got back from a girl's weekend on the west coast. Yeah, guess who's paying for all this $hit?

4. Another thought on #2 above actually, this guy doing the protective order thing is a good move, imo. Think about it - she's mentally unstable so if he waited until she got back and told her "i'm breaking up with you", she'd flip out and go bats$hit insane. All it takes is her to call up 911 and say "I was raped", and then all of a sudden he's on the defensive for the next 2 years.

5. Speaking of rape above, if this story had come out with her calling in "i was raped" to 911, this story would be completely different with the guy struggling to save his public image, himself being the executive of a prominent financial company. And the story's headlines would be sympathetic to this 'poor woman' to suffer through such abuse.

Lessons to be learned here guys.

I think if you move a chic into your house for a certain amount of time you cannot just throw her out on the street against her will even if there was no contract. She might have a case. IF a woman threw a guy out maybe he would have a case I don't know the exact law. Looks like it's "illegal eviction".

In Texas you are considered a legal resident after staying in a dwelling for a certain amount of time or having possessions there. You have to be given 3 days notice to vacate, then the owner can request a Writ of Possession with the County Court. This usually takes about a month and then if the judge grants the Writ of possession they will have a week to vacate the property. At the end of the week you can throw their stuff to the curb and bar their entry.
