"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Yea. I'm not really a big b1tch on caps, its just that it made it look like you're kinda shouting and arrogant. The e-mail was indeed ok. Just get to the point and don't seem like you're pity wh0ring or not taking full responsibility.

RECAP:

1) Make it shorter - get to the point. I'm sorry for my over reacting and this is a flaw in my personality. Hopefully we can still be friends.

2) NO FVCKING CAPS:D

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I don't think its being well received at all. I sent it yesterday and still haven't gotten anything...not an I received it nothing. Its only been a day really so I guess I have to be patient. But maybe its best to just let sleeping dogs lie and move on.

Mango married Pook and had a son, who by my reckoning should be signing up for a SoSuave account even as I type this...

I think that you just want him back because he isn't calling you begging you back. I guarantee you were seeing someone else you thought was a better option, and now that it did not work out you want to patch things up, right?

let it go your motives are unpure.

I agree, the guy she left him for, it didn't work out, now she wants him back. Women never leave a man until they have another option lined up.
