"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

after someone answers that question, he's gonna need someone to do his books, than plan the logistics for expansion.

work is always easier when someone else does it for you!

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I have started the business and well...the money is in it all I need to do is attend motivation classes and a mentor to get my ass out of bed!

I have had many $600-1200 single days doing simple garden jobs. I cant believe the business potential but I am so undisciplined. I have had weeks where if i earn enough for the week in one day, I would just not work for the rest of the week which is self defeating.

Only in australia you can make over 100k a year mowing lawns by yourself.

I started my first lawncare business when I was 11, by the time I was in high school I mowed half my town and had weeks where I'd clear $1200 +.

But that was ten years ago when gas was cheap.

Short of mowing entire neighborhoods or developments, I don't know how people make any money in that business anymore. Seems like all your profits go out the tailpipe and covering your $30,000+ equipment loan.

one of my dad's best friends has owned a lawn service for like the last 15 years and does quite well for himself. doesn't even work in the winter.

this was my first business as well. when I moved ot the upper middle class with my mom, I noticed that people really werent' cutting their yard.. it was funny.. the people for the most part were too 'good' to get out there and cut their own yard, but not rich enough to cut these big 3k square foot yards by themselves.

at like 13 i went around charging 20 bucks a yard. I had been cutting grass since i was 7 via my dad, i'm a bad mofo with a weed eater. Anyway, i'd do 3-4 yards a day and at the end of the week clear 4-500 bucks.. at 13.. that's like god money. i was charging so cheap alot of clients wanted me to go every week. I'd always get up at 6am and cut before the sun was really out. I'd be done well before noon usually.

I did that for like 2-3 years, had the whole suburb on lock baby. once my mom saw i was making my own money /was capable of making my own money she stoped giving it to me but at that point i didnt' care. and it all went on stupid **** lol. When i was 15 i had every color of sacony shoe they made. orange, pink, blue and white... white and red.. some i wore less than like 4-5 times.. but i was fly as hell.

Anyway i got REALLY smart my junior year of high school. I passed out flyers when it was really cold outside and it was frosting up the windows.

basically if you left your car in the driveway for 20 dollars a month, i'd get the frost off all your windows every weekday morning. i'd get up at 5am, i had a car by now so i'd have 3 hours or so to hit all the windows... easily clocking 1000-1200 a month off that, on top of the yard service, on top of now working at mcdonalds... i was bringing home about 2500 or so a month.

then i figured out what the hell i was doing on computers and the game was over then. i was making 500 a week at school selling bootleg dreamcast games, movies, i modded ps'2s for 100 dollars.. i'd sale modded ps 2's with 20 games for 550.. man i was a little hustler.

I remember the day after i turned 16, i had had a car for 3 months already, i went to auto audio and just pulled out a wad of like 1500 dollars and got a sub system put in my car.. at 16. and still had money.

and my school used to for some reason print two report cards, one on a peice of paper with a watermakr on it and another on a blank peice of paper.

from the 8th to the 12th grade, every report card season i'd have 15-25 fake report cards at 30-50 a pop on the fake paper. i had it saved in my computer it took me about a week to prefect it but once i had it.. couldn't be touched.

BB, I don't think kids can make $500 a week mowing lawns anymore. Not when they have illegal aliens to compete with.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
