Here is an exercise ive been trying for a month or so now.
Every day, before i go to bed, i write :
"I am happy in this world becuase..." and think of a good reason im feeling good at that moment.
This makes you realize that there are plenty of good things in your life, you just have to acknowledge them.
It also makes you actually believe you are happy, and that you have a valid reason to be happy in this world.
Also, as you look back, its quite fun to see what you were feeling.
Here is my list so far
Sept 29 - I am happy in my life becuase i posses the great knowledge that gives me strength.
Oct 1- I am happy becuase i am free in my actions and my desires.
oct 8 - I am happy because i am self improving with each day
Oct 9 - I am happy because i am so confident it's scary
OCt 10 - I am happy becuase i can choose , and i know they want me
Oct 11 - Hahahahahahahhaa, Look at me now! I am happy becuase i am keeping my cool (After seducing the girl and having sex for the first time)
Oct 12 - I am happy in my life becuase i know there are people out there who i can relate to.
Oct 13 - I am happy in my life because my spirit is free as a bird, my mind is clear like the river, and my emotions are pure,
Oct 14 - I am happy becuase i know there is more that awaits me.
Oct 20 - I am happy in my life because i have the support i need to become great.
Oct 25 - I am Happy in my life becuase i love being myself.
Oct 30 - I am Happy in my life because i know the games that are being played, and i know how to win! .... what, u think ASD(Anti Slut Defence) is gonna stop me? u better be kidding!!!! hahahah.
Oct 31 - I am Happy in my life because I am the great catch, and there is nothing i cant handle
Nov 6 - I am Happy in my life becuase i am thinking of more than just sex.
Nov 9 - I am Happy in my life becuase i think of sex as well
Nov 16 - I am happy in my life becuase i learn from my mistakes and keep rolling with the punches.
Nov 19 - I am happy in my life because i am gladly accepting suggestions and am willing to change.
