"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I've been eating a lot more food lately. I just woke up from a 9 hour sleep and I'm really tired. I generally feel this way, now, and I look this way too. For some reason I've recently developed eyes under my bags.

The only reason I can think of is that I used to go to sleep between 10-12 PM/AM, and now I go to sleep between 1-2:30 AM.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

You're sleeping too much, and you aren't eating quality foods.

Post an example of your typical day here, I or someone else will be glad to critique it.

alright.

for breakfast i have one of three things:

healthy bowl of wheaties
3-4 eggs
oatmeal

usually i then go work out for 1-2 hours.

when i get home i have two scoops of whey in milk and loads of pasta.

i then take a nap, lounge around, or go out and see friends. when i get home i eat whatever's for dinner (something healthy, always), and then i often go out at night. before going to bed i have another bowl of cereal or a bagel or if i'm feeling ambitious, some pasta.

Try 1 egg and 5 egg whites instead of 3-4 eggs... Is it actual oatmeal? Or the "instant oatmeal" aka half sugar half oatmeal crap... Working out for 2 hours is too much - your sessions should only be 45min - 1hr max. For more on this go check out the MAX-OT thread. Try having a protein shake when you wake up with breakfast - you should be getting 1.5g protein per 1lb of body weight a day - food is the best way, but if you're rushed for time a shake will suffice... As for the loads of pasta, you might be overdoing it - different people have different opinions but I'm not that big into having them right after a workout - usually want good carbs in the morning. Carbs are turned into sugar mols - which are either burned or stored... if it's stored, you're going to be hungry again soon as soon as your blood sugar drops. How much water are you drinking each day? Make it at least a gallon. Sounds like a lot, but broken down throughout the day it's not really that much... keep a shelf in the fridge stocked with 16oz bottles and bring one along on your way to work.. class.. gym.. errands.. etc. As for pasta before bed, that may be another reason. You aren't burning the carbs, so those are definitely getting stored. Try - if you're just snacking - a piece of celery with a tblsp or two of natural peanut butter. The fat will make you reach satiety a lot faster than carbs will. Also, break it down so you're having 5-6 smaller meals per day. I could be off base with some of this, but someone here will correct me if I am. :)

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

No, it's real oatmeal. I boil the water myself and put the oats in myself.

Is there any easy way to get the egg whites off of the egg yolk?

And I don't know why, but for some reason carbs just taste great to me after a workout.

I'll lay off of the pasta, but that's how I get teh carbs I need for the day. It's quick, easy, and good. I hate celery.

Have a huge breakfast. Best meal of the day, I say.

Wait for 2 hours, go workout. Short and intense. Get in there, psych yourself up, hit the weights hard and fast and head for the door. Dont forget the protein shake!

Get home, keep active. Move around. Dont nap for christs sake!

I like to get some carbs in me after working out, but not a lot. Cut down on carbs at lunch time and your energy will increase throughout the day. I remember either Diesel or semeg saying that. Whoever it was, spot on.

remember. KEEP ACTIVE. Dont nap and save the sleeping for night time - where its supposed to be.

Aim for 7-9 hours sleep a night. Anymore, you're maybe oversleeping. Any less, you're possibly undersleeping.

As The Bishop said, plenty of water.

btw, get into a good sleeping pattern. Sleep during dark hours and the quality of sleep will be better. Your body will love you for the routine, as well. I sleep 11-7.30. My body loves it. If theres a film or a program I like on that night, I tape it and watch it during my less productive hours of the day.

Just my $2

I have found, even if i got the same hours of sleep that going to bed around the 10-12 area vs. the 1-3 area is way more restful.

Not sleeping enough will make you sluggish and tired.

As will adjusting your diet and upping carbohydrates.

Try to eat a little cleaner, get to bed earlier and reduce carbs a bit.

It may have something to do with this stuff too:

Demands from other people that you feel you must met
Overtraining
Light depression
Lack of goals in life
Stress

It could be certain vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes that you are deficient in. Try taking Zinc for starters. 25mg's a day and see if that helps. If not try adding B complex and Magnesium.

Also for the seperating of the eggs just use the shell. crakc it in half and tilt it and the whites will fall out as you dump the yolk from one half of the shell to the other. Simple.

It could very well be Iron deficiency. The majority of times tiredness is a sure sign of it. Tell your doctor and see what he thinks.
