"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I always lose a girl's interest. For example, I was going out to a bar this weekend to meet a girl and her friends. She was texting me every 30 minutes asking where I was and if I was coming. I got there, and was with her alot in the bar and I asked her to come by after the bar, she said yes. After the bar I was texting her interest level seemed to drop like crazy. I got home later then expected and when I called her she didn't pick up. She called me the next day and said she fell asleep.

I do not have trouble getting intial interest from a girl. I exercise like crazy, play on a minor league sports team and a university student. Its just I always lose there it. I think I come on too desperate. Many times I get interest from a girl and I can't push things farther then being just friends and I end up barely talking to them again. For once I want to have a girl's interest level keep increasing instead of the other way around. Anyone have any advice?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Don't be so interested yourself. Be interesting... just not necessarily interested in her. Happened to me today. Good friend of mine introduced me to her female friend, who was pretty cute by the way. I said hi, gave her the half smile, nice to meet you, with a kiss on her cheek, and then proceeded to talk with my other guy friend about the upcoming week and what we'll be up to. Ignored the chick for a good 2 minutes, and then turned to her and asked her a couple questions about herself, until she just started bombarding me with questions about myself. Intriguing. Anyways, before she leaves the scene, my friend tells me she's into me, but is a bit afraid of being rejected. Not bad for not being too interested man.

You'll rarely keep a girl interested with boring talk. Women are turned on by playful, funny conversation. As long as you're original with what you say, then she has no reason not to be interested. If you're not making a girl laugh, then you're not going to keep her interest for very long.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I wouldn't feel too bad if I were you because I think what you're asking for is the "holy grail" of dating..."how do you keep a girl interested" As simple as this question my seem, its probably the hardest thing to do. If you are well kempt, are able to smile and say hi you can probably catch the initial interest of many many women BUT keeping it......well thats the hard part.

i c. u ever notice how some girls r like that? they call and text u like crazy, but the minute u start to give alittle, they act like they dont like u. i had a girl like this. she called/text me all the time, i never called her, she initiated convo. but the minute i decided to maybe give her a chance and give alittle, she ran. i dont know wats up with these girls, personally i think they're r just another form of attention wh0re. they keep chasing til they get u to chase back, then they run. i try to avoid chicks like these.

but, if she calls and texts u like crazy, than u arent coming on to desperate. but if ur concerned about it, just dont be desperate, and know that u want her, but dont need her. wat u do is not desperate if i doesnt come from a position of neediness. just be playful and flirty at first and escalate with time. and treat her like the love of ur life just yet, that makes them run for the hills. show some interest, and use kino.

also vary it up and u should keep her interested long enough to start a relationship. never do the same old same old. keep it fresh.

push-pull

Sounds like you are good at the pull, but until you learn to use the push, you are going to have problems.

Limit your availability, play hard to get, be a challenge, etc.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I think all girls are like that....when you DO make yourself available, make sure its being around her, but not FOR her.
