Heard a lot of good things from Ellen DeGeneres to Oprah to a lot of celebrities doing it I've never done it myself but looked into it has anyone tried it and what has been your experience?

Hypnosis is simply putting people into a relaxed state where they feel more suggestible. Also, the people most susceptible to hyponosis are the ones who want to be. There is no woo-woo or magic to it, it's fairly straightforward. I think it's nonsense though.

It has its uses. My gf got hypnotherapy to help her overcome arachnophobia and it worked, but she stopped doing it and she lost the progress.

I don't understand why anyone gives a crap what Ellen and Oprah say
