“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey

I have a slight neck hunch which I think was caused by using the computer too much a year ago, with my neck hunching towards the screen.

What I want to know is if there is any way to fix it. What exercises / techniques can I use to fix this problem? I know its a bit turnoff for girls, thats why I want to fix it before year 12 starts in mid Feb.

I do gym and have been starting to work on my back muscles more (ie. shoulder pulldowns, lat pulldowns etc.) but want to fix it for good.

Can anyone give me some advice / techniques? I'm going to see the doctor this week about it and then he'll refer me to physio, so i'll go there and see what they say, but has anyone got any tips / advice / techniques to help me out?

Make sure you use very straight posture when you do your exercises, or else it'll just make it worse. Thats all the advice I can give ya.

Use the string technique... pretend your body is supported by a single string straight above your head.

Do your exercises with your head pointed straight up as though supported by this invisible string.

You could practice your balance, with a book, whatever.

Do some meditating, in the right position.

Read up on body language... keep your shoulders back, and squared, and have your head up...

Oh yeah, solve the initial problem and get some god damned mother ****ing glasss and sit away from the computer screen!
