I dunno... looks really close to C&F to me.
The C: Notice, you're giving yourself a compliment, or extolling your virtues, hence the arrogant or "****y" as we call it.
Funny: A little tough, I don't see a lot of funny in this one, maybe it's a ****y and neg hit.... I guess you could argue that complimenting yourself over her would be a little bit of situational irony, hence some humor, but that's stretching it a little.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
