Ask her what the last stop of the train is. She answers, and you say thanks. Follow up with a question. Ask her what her stop is, what she's doing, etc.

Be an upbeat person. Use the right voice tone and smile. If she's boarding the train and it starts before she is able to grab a handle, and somehow trips into you, steady her and use C&F to make it seem like she bumped into you on purpose.

I assume you see this girl on a train almost everyday during your commute.

You: (Saying to yourself with a sigh) Everyday same ol' train, looking at the same ol' people.(Pause look at her and catch her eye) Well some people make it easier to be looked at than others.(Smile, hopefully she smiles, introduce yourself.)

After that be sure to build at least some rapport before going for a number, be friendly, smile and non-threatening. If she gives a number just offer to take her out for coffee.
