Wanted to share my observation of the female colleague who just relocated from a different country to our company and how she used her position to get her life a little bit easier:

So there is a latina colleague HB 7 that just joined our team 2 months ago. To begin with once she arrived on the weekend the head of our finance department met her at the airport with his car and helped to bring her luggage to the fully payed expensive apartment which they found for her and where she can stay for 1 month while looking for her own place. Ok, let’s assume it is a normal practice for someone who just relocated from abroad. Fuk no, I joined that same company 2 month earlier and moved from a different part of the country and no sh1t anyone even asked if I need any help with my housing and stuff like that. Ok, move on. Once she moved to that place and started going to the office - our SVP volunteered and went during the workday with her to buy her cellphone card, open bank account, and deal with other sh1t. Then they went cycling where he showed her the city and stuff like that. Ok, at some point I think he likes that colleague. Whatever. Next, instead of staying 1 month in that expensive apartment the head of our department managed to extend it to another month. WTF? Than both of those 2 men were helping her with searching for her own place, so they were calling the owners, and probably visiting to check those places for her. Than when she moved out to the different place I bet they also helped her with luggage. Than when she needed some equipment to work from home they also helped her with everything.

So to sum up the girl just used those 2 guys to help herself, it took her literally just to smile and be a nice girl I guess.

My bottom line here - never do anything like that for the girl who did not earn any efforts from your side. You just need to know that there are hundreds of men who will do anything for her just in exchange for some bs promises or just a friendly hug. Be the arrogant mf and put yourself first to any pu$y.

Man, in my blue pill beta times I would not even notice it. And now the more I improve myself and get older I start noticing stuff like that. And I assume once you act like you are more important that the woman - you will be instantly called an arrogant jerk among them.
