they work. i noticed a difference when i used it. but its kinda ***** to get those strips in place and keeping them there for 30minx2 every day.

ayo they got a neurological effect because the white strips is really composed of a chemical compound meant to release endorphines into ur brain causing a placebo effect, u only think ur teeth are getting whiter, this is for real check out cia.gov they got it all there.

basically the same as if you get a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide and mix 50% of it with water like the packaging says.

Also, there is a small chance, just like the whitestrips, of developing mouth cancer, since the HO2 is a free radical and basically those little atoms are like pool balls knocking around. If enough free radicals hit your living tissue atoms there could be trouble.

In other words, dont use them everyday. But they do work. Personally I just use the HO2 every once in a while; its a lot cheaper.
