how to use Rules of the Game in a country where people don't speak English?

Hi I just started reading rules of the game and I'm really excited to the missions. I have a question about the first mission which is to speak to 5 random people. How would this work if I just arrived in a country where nobody understands English?

Any tips would be much appreciated. Thanks!
