"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

How to use anger for good?

I am typically a very calm individual and can keep my cool in nearly all situations. It's something I've practiced, not wanting others to tell when something gets to me. Only very rarely do I ever lash out - and usually with good reason, but I hate getting angry. But maybe I've been wrong all along.

This week, I was at work, stationed next to a HB8. She usually will sit near me for whatever reason, but any attempt at small talk results in dismissive 1-2 word answers from her. On this day, things were rather uneventful until I left for a meeting. When I came back I saw her friend logged into my computer, and all my stuff was on the floor. Fortunately I had saved all my files, but having not done so would have created some major problems. Upon seeing me, her friend, who looked like she had seen a ghost (I must have that look in my eye when I'm angry), apologized. But HB8 was remorseless and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Supposedly HB8 told her friend to take my spot, thinking her pretty face would absolve her of any brushback. SPOILER ALERT: This did not end well for her.

I explained to the friend that she needs to be more aware of her surroundings (if someone leaves their jacket, bag and other materials, they're still around). After she left a little while after, I then doubled down on HB8, saying she needs to be more mindful of others, less selfish and what she did was not cool (since it could have been damaging for work). While I did not yell or curse, I was clearly annoyed.

The next day, HB8 walked into work, and according to my friend who could see her face from his station, looked terrified. She wisely sat a few seats away and didn't even approach my side of the room. My friend says she kept glancing over my way. However, things came to a head when she was faced with a minor computer problem. I'm one of the few people who know how to fix it, and the look of dread on her face was priceless. She asked me to fix it for her...and I told her I didn't have time and to ask a nearby co-worker. I didn't look to see her reaction, but my friend said it took her aback. After a couple co-workers couldn't fix it and people started looking on to all of this, I quickly fixed the problem, showed her how to do it herself and walked away. I wasn't mad, but didn't want to invest much time into her issues. She was a no-show the following day.

I'm past it now, but nothing will fire me up more than being disrespected. I take it personally and whoever tries to take advantage of me will feel my wrath. In the process, I discovered that instilling some fear might be good for dating purposes. Though just a work example, HB8 went from entitled to walking on eggshells around me within a day. As I said earlier, I am calm most of the time and I hate getting angry. However, I am more assertive and seem to take over a room when I'm on the warpath. How do I mix both temperaments to get the most out of my dating game?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Short answer? You don't.

Anger is an emotion. Emotions are for women. You stay cool, calm, and collected always.
