"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Hey guys,

For the past month my gaming technique sometimes hits a brick wall: she is interested but our schedules collide.

Example with a current girl:
*Met her, bla bla*
Her: Yeah, i would love to come over! Are you sure won't drink that bottle of wine without me?
Vincent90: I'm more of a distilled guy myself, so no worries there
Vincent90: I can do thursday
Vincent90: Or else next week
Her: Wow, you're a pretty direct guy haha
Vincent90: Not really, but you seem like a fun person to have a drink with
Her: But sounds fun, than i can judge if it is fun in your town as well
Vincent90: I live in *****, are you familiar with that town?
Vincent90: What is your phone number, then we'll see which day we do
Her: I only know it from carnaval ;)
Her: *Gave phone number*

*Small banter through texting*
Her: And what is the reason you have meetings all day long? Something fun and interesting :)
Vincent90: I'll tell you on thursday
Her: Huh, i thought you said next week
Vincent90: That's also an option, next monday and thursday are good. How is your schedule?
Her: Uhm yeah monday i meet my brother, but thursday i have a half appointment so chances are that that wont go through

How can i smooth out these kind of situations where our schedules are not a match and i keep the power?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

You're asking too far ahead, agree to meet tomorrow or the day after. Schedule it around your schedule and hers (stay up a little late after work for one night). Make time. If neither of you can, neither of you have time for each other. Remember, its very unlikely anyone's schedules will match but people make it work.

I know exactly what you mean....and the solution is simple.

Dont ask for specific days at first. Ask this..."What days are you free to hangout next week?" Thats it.....she will then respond with a couple days and you pick one that fits with your schedule. Then you can get specific by saying "cool, Lets do xyz at xyz thursday at 8pm".

This method avoids the unnecessary back and forth of picking specific days and feeling like a try hard.

This is ALWAYS what I do - even for the first date. If she's interested she will give more than one day, then you can schedule.

Me as well.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
