Sorry to post in this section guys but there was no Support sub forum, or FAQ to find the answer in.

Anyway, I just registered and was trying to send a PM, but I get a permission not allowed error. Help?

you have to wait until you have a certain amount of posts. It helps cut down on spam. I'm not sure if it is 10 or 20 posts
