I have been going on numerous dates lately and I think I’ve lost my touch. When I was younger, I would seal the deal 8/10 times on the first date and when it didn’t happened I just assumed low interest.

More recently, I feel like I am having extreme trouble escalating and building the sexual tension I used to be able to build. If I was to elaborate, I feel like I am exerting this “exhausted” energy at the moment where I used to exert high energy, fun and a teasing behavior.

Am really curious to learn what has worked well for the people of sosuave that are considered good at closing / sealing the deal.

This could be an inner game issue. I would first look at your own diet, exercise, and porn/mbating habits. Eat a clean diet, exercise (especially lift weights) and cut out all porn and masturbation. Your masculine energy will increase if you do all of these things.

Invite women back to your place. Strongly lead the conversation to a poing where you are offering them to come to your place for some plausible deniability reason. It could be a 2nd or 3rd date home dinner date, showing her some specific unique thing you own, Netflix and Chill, etc.

Always make moves to escalate on a date prior to the invite back to your place.

Have a workout before the date to get a pump on, have a few drinks, be bold and highly sexual before and during the date. No porn/fapping for a week before the date.

Thanks, as always solid advise. If you’ve tried anything like what I am experiencing and used your own advise, what’s the typically timeframe from which you’ll start feeling a difference? Are we talking a couple of weeks or a few months?

I did eliminate porn and mbating from my life many years ago. When you start to feel a difference depends upon how much of a porn consumer and masturbator you are. It can be anywhere from 2-12 weeks. For me, I get fucckin horny as hell and an approach maniac after 1-3 weeks of no porn/no mbate or no sex. If you go more than 3 weeks without orgasm, the initial testosterone spike will decline but you'll still feel mentally and physically better.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Put less pressure on yourself. The continued frustration of not satisfyingly closing recently and worrying about fixing it is exhausting, leading to further frustration perpetuating this "exhausted" energy. Basically a bad loop sustaining itself.

Break out of the box you've put yourself in, relax and have fun without worrying so much about sealing the deal.

I've personally always had the most success when I've tried the least, especially after trying a bit too hard and finally being out of fvcks to give about the results.
