“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I was dating a girl for a couple months and it ended recently.

I fully agree that I need to start spinning plates, lots of them. I'm involved in a lot of activities and will make a concerted effort engaging with new women.

However, I also plan on trying to pull girls from the complete arsenal, not just new girls but girls I've known in the past but have lost touch with. I'm talking about girls I may have dated (and it didn't end poorly, but rather fizzled) and girls in which I had some chemistry (more acquaintances) but did not pursue further due to lack of game.

How do I contact these chicks so as not to come across awkwardly? Send a text saying "Hi, long time no talk. How's life?"

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Honestly I've learned unless its a serendipitous bump into an old fling/ex/friend I general look forward to new prospects.

But it's your choice and if you're looking to go that route a good text is:
"Did I just see you leaving Starbucks? (Any place really that would sound plausible for the girl)

Then just take it from there. No awkward vibe in a text like that.

You're better off meeting new women instead of going back for old chicks. They have moved on and probably won't be too friendly to you when you contact them.

On a reverse note, I get contacted by old chicks every once in a while. They're usually cool at first saying they want to meet back up, but then once I start being nice....they start bringing up old $hit and telling me all the times they thought I was an a$$hole....always exaggerated nit pickey stupid stuff. It's like did you really just contact me after a year so you could talk $hit??
