I live in a small town and there aren't many hot girls and I don't think I have ever seen one at a fast food place before. But the last few times I went through the drive-thru down the road there was a hot girl working the drive-thru. The thing is I had no idea how to flirt with her and get her number. Any ideas?

Coming from a small town like you're from, you shouldn't be too hard pressed finding a friend or an acquaintance who might know who she is. If so, find out about her and plan accordingly. If not, I would recommend going into the establishment rather than through the drive-thru, and ask her for her number there. Better chance of success imo.
