Read some books on game. It doesn't matter if she is shy, you can still get a date with her IF you are friendly, non-threatening and interesting.

It seems that you already know quite a bit about opening these girls from somewhere to be asking for advice here. You know some dudes in your religious organization that's bragging about their conquests? You've opened them up yourself before (in which case why are you asking for advice)?

That's true. Also, if you get in good with her father, he and her mother might try to marry her off to you like this couple is trying to do to me with their 19 year old daughter. I just turned 30 a year ago.
