Very interesting read but just how realistic is this? How many guys can actually find someone like that? Sounds too good to be true. The person who wrote this forgot that it's a dream that rarely comes true.

I mean, I'm engaged to a great woman who possess all these qualities. But in the article it's as if he expects we can all just go find someone like that AND also be beautiful and fit like a supermodel. I even doubt someone like that exists. Unless they're average looking. To me it seems beautiful women are never like that until they are old and worn out.

Am I wrong in presuming that if you need advice on who to marry you probably shouldn't marry?

I don't know about marriage in and of itself as I personally have had bad experiences giving women ANY power, and haven't seen it work out well very often in my family. My uncle and my father were both sued by their wives because they were relatively rich. Women cannot control themselves when married to a man when the difference in wealth is too great. They get jealous and start scheming.

So make sure you have a good lawyer and a good prenup that WILL prevent her from being able to rob you.

If I was you I would just get a nice little cutey who respects you and has the genetics you want your offspring to have. Then impregnate her and make some babies.

You see the mass of guys out there, they have average looking wives. The reason? They know if they get a super hot one, she is going to mess thrm around in lots of ways. It seem the general populus out there are pretty clued up, its only the 'PUA' types who are deluded.

The author is acting like he is brilliant while it's all common sense. Everyone knows whats good for them and what isn't good for them. The problem is it's too much work/effort/time/frustration/humiliation to go through it and get it done.

It's also way too black and white. Getting married helps your physical and mental health, it makes you happier, it gives you a sense of accomplishment. It allows you to go to Xmas parties or corporate functions with someone. It allows you to tell the world "hey, I'm smart enough to get a girl on my arm." Things are never as definite as he makes them out to be.

It's like someone saying, "you should only invest in a stock that:"

- always goes up
- pays good dividends
- fabulous management
- lots of cash
- never spins things or lies
- well known brand
- helps people
