No one doesn't like being touched. Everyone wants it on some level, maybe just not conciously. If a girl doesn't like being touched, she either a) doesn't want to be touched by someone she's uncompfortable with, b) she's play hard to get, or c) some other bull**** not worth your time

Basically, when she says, "don't touch me! blah blah blah!" i tickle her till she nearly pisses her panties. What does that accomplish? I dunno, what it sure is hilarious watching em beg for mercy!
