"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Hey guys, got a new dilemna here. I made the mistake of nailing a friend of a friend that I'm not attracted to at all. How can I let her down w/out coming across as an azz to our common friends. She lives upstairs from a good friend of mine and they have house parties w/ everyone in the apartment building.

I don't want to come across as the jerk who gets a feeding of poutang and is never heard from again. But I don't want to waste any more time w/ her either.

Tell her straight up that you feel terrible, but you are confused in your life right now and it would be best if you didnt take it any further cause you are not looking for any kind of a relationship with her right now and its better if you came right out at the beginning and said it.
