In the book "Awaken the Giant Within", Tony Robbins talks about a concept called leverage, where you link so much pain to not changing, that you are basically forced to change.
This is useful in pickup. When out with a wing, I have used the "money game" to help force me to approach. That's where you give your wing a certain amount of money and you don't get it back until you complete your approaches. It works awesome.
However, most times, I don't have a wing with me and end up sarging alone. Is there any way to get leverage on yourself to force yourself to approach?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
