"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

So I mentioned in my last post that I only have one friend, who was/is a oneitis. Well, we fell out, and she doesn't want to be friends anymore, which is fine by me because she treated me like crap. Only problem is, it's not fine by me. I keep reaching for the phone and trying to apologise for my behaviour when she's the one being the cow. I'm deeply attracted to this girl and I just can't let go, it sucks.

How can I finally get her out my life?

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Why would you apologize for her treating you like crap? What did you do for her to act the way she did towards you? Take a moment or two, and think about all the ways she made you feel Sh&%y, and ask yourself, why would you want to be a part of that? It sounds really cliche, but it takes time, anyone on here will tell you to get back on the horse, and leave her alone. Create some distance, and try to learn from it. Calling her tells her she has you around to abuse, you don't want that man...

Long story.....

It was at a rugby game. I was a sub but I didn't get on, so I was alot bummed. She turned up, we were sposed to be really good mates (yeah I know....), but she didn't really talk to me.
I asked her how she was doing and she said "I'm great", we chatted then she said "right, I'm gonna talk to Ryan" and off she went, am I'm a bit bummed coz I really liked. talking to her. She came back a bit later and we have another 2 min convo, then she goes.
She always does it, she doesn't talk to me if I bump into her, she'll only talk to me if it's just me and her.
So anyway....I'm sat on the grass still alot bummed, and her words of comfort? "see ya Tom", so I'm like whatever. So I walk to the changing room, and I see her talking to this guy who's been calling her all year. He says "I want to make up" and she kisses him on the hand!! I'm like "wtf", you won't spare me two mins, but you'll kiss this clown? Then I get abuse for "trying to control her".....

"get back on the horse, and leave her alone." If a girl treats you like crap, leave her in the dust. See her for who she is and not who you want her to be. Believe me, seeing the reality of things makes things a lot better.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Reality sucks sometimes yeah... but it's eye-opening, for sure.

Anyways, fuq this biatch. You're being kinda possessive, which means you have low confidence and have to grasp onto stuff to validate yourself.

Screw this girl, she's not relevant, not important. She's a nobody. You're everybody.

Treat yourself like a pimp, and NEVER disrespect yourself.
