"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I slept with this girl. We work in the same building so obviously we see each other frequently. We flirt, we get lunch, etc. Usually it is me and her and like 5 other girls getting lunch. I flirt with all the girls.

Anyways. She's stayed over twice and road into work with me. I want to keep this casual but shes definitely getting feelings. I can't really ask her to go home cause we live about 45 minutes away from each other. How do I keep things casual?

She asked me "When are you going to take me on a real date?" to which i responded "I don't date."

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

You are already keepings things causal by withholding further commitment. Women use sex to get into relationships and men get into relationships to get sex. So male-female interaction can be described as a bargain between female intimacy vs. male time and commitment. She is the one trying to extract your commitment.

Given that you've already slept with her and that she is reaching for more commitment, the balance is in your favor. So the next time she brings things up, just gently brush it off.

A softer response to "I don't date." would be:

1. What do you mean by a "real date"? You are soo old fashion / cheesy
2. Do think people even date nowadays?

Those two responses playfully divert the conversation topic into less threatening areas while you still maintain frame.

I've found it's best just to be honest. Say you don't want anything more from her and you cannot give her commitment but you can still have fun with her. If she takes it, you're good and if she doesn't agree to this, chances are she will probably still fvck you but you have to be distant. When I'm trying to keep the distance, I bang at their place and take off after we've banged, there's no awkward "soooo I kinda wanna do XYZ."

But at the end of the day, the chick is catching feelings, you'll have to end it soon or things will start to get weird. I had a FB who started getting weird and demanding more of my time, then the other day she got drunk and just text me about how inconsiderate I was and that how it makes her mad that I only call/text her when I want sex. She knew the deal when we first started hooking up so she's been removed from my life. These kind of girls think they can use sex to get guys into a relationship. They think that if they fvck you well for a month or two you will fall in love with their vagina and end up being with them through fear of losing it. Stay strong.
