How To Get This Hoe Off My Back So I Can Get Her Friends

I got this group of girls at my college who I'm trying to pimp, (5 exactly, 1 is a 6, 3 are 8s, 1 is a 9) and I'm doing pretty good. The girls think I'm attractive&hot (2 of the 8s said this to my face - 1 of them has a man tho - and one of my guys overheard them talking about me and said they all thought I was fine). However, one of these girls, the 6, is in my way. She is the most dominant, socially, amongs these girls so the girls are all kinda subservient to her. She thinks I'm hot and she's told her friends so her friends are backing off from me. On several occasions this girl has tried to get together with me, a couple times even trying to get me to bed with her (not so subtly) and I rejected all these times. I usually screen her calls and I've never used her number, but she is one of those driven girls who won't get off me. I want to tactfully get her off my back without appearing mean to her (image amongst the other chicks is at stake) so that I can get her friends. Her friends all act nice to me but they seem to be reserved since the groupleader is trying to ride me. The important thing is that I get rid of her in a way that her friends won't be afraid to go out with me. WHAT DO I DO?

Other than having a wingman do the unthinkable, what can I do, how can i parlay/convey to her that I don't want to f_ck her or date her, BUT... do it in a way as to not offend her so she wont start hating on me to her fine hoe-friends.
