"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

A single older guy, unmarried with no kids can be labeled a creep. Dating divorced moms can easily pick up on the label. I had a date with a pretty cute single mom. She wanted to have sex. But I gave off the creep vibe because of my eagerness to bed her. Never will I do that again.
I wish I could tone down my eyes too they are somewhat cool looking I am told -- hazel color. But my eyes are intense. I'm trying to one myself down a lot. I am running more than weight lifting too not to be appear intimidating. I have been told I stare a lot. I didn't know I stare. I have been told I am reserved which is not good either. All these negative labels from women have made me self conscious. Maybe they are just shallow b*tches and are trying to break my spirit. Women are difficult to deal with sometimes and honestly I get a headache trying to find the right woman. Online dating is ok---its a numbers game--but it can be harsh.
I want to be a positive social person. I do normal stuff -- hiking, fitness, working out, sell cars, sports fan, etc.

Any ideas on how to get out of the creep zone?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I run into those same issues. Mr Goodstuff has it right. It's one of many shyt tests women get so much a laugh out of, esp. if other gals are around. This is why I prefer to hit on them when they are alone. When in groups they protect each other, whether to keep their friends from meeting someone "possibly bad" for them, or more likely because they're jealous you hit on one instead of the other. Both are common. Come up with some witty one-liners for times like this, it might pay off. You could always invite all of them in a group to a "really cool place to hang out" to take the chill out.

I think you are labeling yourself more than anybody doing that for you , if you didnt say you are creep I wouldnt know from description you are some one creepy , you look very normal and I think handsome too because it is easy for you more than a lot of guys here .
maybe create some friends , friends really help to reduce a lot of social issues a person can have

^^This is better than some guys do. And at least you can debrief and know you were being "creepy" and not let it happen again.

Some women will call you "creep" if you simply are not from their peer group or circles. There is nothing creepy about you.

Those are good stats IMO. Everybody stares. Sometimes upon meeting on the first date I'll find myself starring deeply into her eyes for an unusually long time. It's the strangest thing too cause she's doing the same thing. I'm checking her out and she's doing the same. I don't know what this phenomenon is called but to me this indicates a nice lil short term relationship.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Unfortunately, mate, once you are in the creep zone there is no escape. lol(laugh it off man)it's cool though.

There are many women in the world. It appears as though you know what your mistake was. Which leads me to believe that you are a fairly perceptive individual. Older women generally tend to be more cautious. There is way to bypass her simple defenses by making her feel strong attraction towards you while not lifting a single finger. She will inevitably end up pursuing you. if you are interested in learning more..

The very definition of a 'single mother' is creepy to me.

Why are you dating single mothers?

You are what you eat.
It simply means a woman raising kids on her own. It doesn't mean she's untrustworthy, and a single mother will be more "motherly" and able to put peoples needs above their own... They have to because of their kids.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Yes it does. It's her fault she's a single mom. She decided to get pregnant. Her being single is a direct result of what kind of person she is. Also single mothers are looking for a man they can use to make their lives easier.

That's what most women want. A single mother simply has a child. Her husband could've cheated and left. I personally believe a stable single mother is going to waste a lot less of your time than a hardened single, she's probably going to cook and do some domestic things, and you will get to sex or companionship with less hoops to jump thru.

You do not have to be responsible for her child unless you are fully coming into their life.

I Think that simple moms r a big chunk of the nice girl percentage when it comes to online dating. I've dated a few from there. Generally they did seem more serious and less full of BS. So i think if you were going to use o l d and filter them out you are going to find things pretty tough if you're looking for a girlfriend. Probably applies more to women. 30s+

It stands to reason that the better girls would be taken in their twenties and quite likely have a kid. But of course they will be a financial burden because the state is dying to get them off welfare anytime a sucker comes along. so I think you need to run hard screening on them before you would ever think about cohabitating. But hey in the US that's the case with any chick.

And to be honest I've never had an LTR where I didn't end up contributing time and money. that's just the nature of women.

What you're describing are **** tests. Keep the eye contact, keep weightlifting, and overall don't give a **** what she thinks. This is so important. Please listen.

SHE NEEDS TO ENTER YOUR REALITY.

You're an older guy trying to date younger women. Embrace your masculinity and take control. Be a leader. You're approaching this whole thing from a beta frame; failure will be your destiny my friend.

Single Mothers aren't promoted anywhere outside the 1st world because the welfare state to provide for them doesn't exist. Only in the 1st world is it not shameful to be a single mom.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
