for me it was all about escalation...it doesn't hurt to be making out with her a lot... a lot of things could have improved if i found quick solutions to barriers that would come up like "oh I can't sleep over because i don't want to get an overnight parking ticket." Be persistant. i noticed the more you want it, and the more you think you can have it, then the easier it is to make it happen.
