"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

How to gain respect without having to go Hulk?

I'll keep this one short. Over the past month, HBs I usually get along with (either through work, social circle or crossing paths with throughout the week), have been displaying signs of disrespect. Whether it's sticking their noses up whenever I say hi, ignoring me or only giving 1-2 word answers, or trying to straight up defy me, all the signs are there. This has been the case with some guys too, but it's primarily with women.

One day, when I left my office area for a brief meeting, the HB sitting next to me put my jacket and bag to the side and told her friend it was ok to take my spot. When I came back and saw my station taken, the HB didn't apologize, and I let her have it right there in the office. Her friend immediately booked it out of sight. However, since that incident, HB has been respectful towards me.

I'm typically calm and collected, but acts of disrespect bring out a different me. I don't think there's a way to figure out why the HBs' attitudes have changed for the worst, but is there anything I can do to establish respect without having to go Hulk on people? I get mad so rarely that I think the offending party is shocked into cooperating when I lash out, but it's not something I enjoy doing.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Fix your posture, get a toned body and get a sharp look, learn to say no and either speak up or fix it yourself without excusing yourself when someone does something like in your example, take up space with your body language and with your voice when you talk, aim to smile/laugh/talk too little instead of too much, and revise the way you talk so it incites more respect (just search youtube for that, and all the other stuff too).

Should fix you up.

Here's a couple of quick demonstrations. Who's gonna get more respect? the guy in the suit in this first link, or the kid in this second?

don't bother to deal with people who don't/won't respect you

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I have a good build and walk confidently, so I'm not someone who can be pushed around in a literal sense. I like to have fun and joke around, but if it's going to cause a lack of respect for whatever reason, perhaps you guys are right and I need to appear more serious. I'd prefer to be perceived as less fun than less respected.

I have been less social with these women over the past week, but so far the reactions have been more of the same. I haven't attempted to initiate any conversation with the women who are disrespectful towards me. However, I feel awkward completely cutting off communication with people I run into somewhat regularly. But maybe it's for the better.

Cvnts gonna cvnt bro. Nobody gives a damn.

I realised it as well last night. Nowadays with all the feminism they might come from an environment where they walk all over the dudes. Don't allow it. Learn to recognise the bad signals as soon as they appear. Nip that **** in the bud. Bitches are more territorial than you might think. Narc the bitches before they narc you. Or at least narc them more than they narc you once they narc you at all.
