"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

This post like many other topics,, you should follow and try what works for you,, for some ,, it may work to isolate yourself and work on your own progression depending on a bunch of variables ( if you are in shape, where are you financially o emotionally) ,, for others like me I like to progress in conjunction.. because I like having women in my life but I don't sacrifice it for them either and at the same time I work in my improvement in all aspects.. so do what works for you.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Who said it was a problem?

This post makes me question where you place women in your life to be honest.
If you do not value women in your life than why are you on this site?

I don't get why there is only extreme views. "You're either chasing or you're not." The DJ Bible taught me balance. I'm happy where I'm at with or without women, that's all that matters to me. And if for some odd reason I become crappy with women 5 years from now at least I can cry in my own house, worth more than $180k, WHILE doing a job I love. I'll probably just reread the DJ Bible in my expensive computer anyways.

There's a balance man. Right now, I'm focusing on me. Kids my age have no idea where they will be 10 years from now, but not me. I know EXACTLY where I'll be and instead of crying my problems away in titties I'm working my ass off to make my dream come true.

I can guarantee I'll be living better than my family and my friends in even 5 years from now.

Hey guys, first poster here.

I know where I want to go in life and the things that I want to achieve. And, in fact, I truly believe that I want those things more than I want women. I can honestly say that if I were pursuing my dreams I wouldn't care if I was single the rest of my life. But for some reason, I have trouble making my actions reflect that. I still waste time chasing after girls, spend too much time on social media trying to get likes and chat with girls, etc etc...I really just want to forget about them and do me, at least for now. I think that 23 years of being an AFC has conditioned me to think I need to have a girl on my arm to feel happy. Any guys have experience with just letting women go? If so, how'd you do it?

Thanks bros! Happy to be on the forum.
You have complete control over your own behavior.

The idea that you need a girl on your arm to make you happy is propaganda kool aid the media pumps out to make sure men "fall in line" and keep blowing their money on women (and things they think will attract women). Also its to make sure men stay in the cannon fodder role as protectors. Women and sex as a "reward" is the basic idea. But its bullsh!t.

Sex is not a reward. Sex is a fun and entertaining activity between two adults. Women are not a reward. Women are the opposite sex who exist to allow you to reproduce.

So saying a "girl on your arm" is the key to happiness is like saying eating a cheeseburger is the key to happiness. Its idiotic.

Heheh I'm on sabbatical myself right now. But wow at 23 I'd say go for it all - you have plenty of energy. Make your pursuits first and look for chicks who are up for it. I have a friend whose g/f knew nothing about cars but she'd hand him tools - ask him questions and learn. Maybe pre-select by jumping online and being honest in yr prof about your priorities but present them emotionally with great pics as cool things and your passion. I'd say in your age range u won't have to put up with the annonying fat hogs with their faked photos who are the curse of OLD (and everything else).
