Girl I met a while back, hb8, nice body good face, totally doable.

last met was like 9months ago no contact after that. She texts me last week and says I forgot her. We have light talk where I tease her etc and then she says we should meet up. Around 16 hrs later I respond saying "Sure. What days are you free?"

now, I never got a response. But heres the thing. My phone does have a problem of not sending msgs sometimes (it fell), soooo I dont know if she never got my msg and assumed I nexted her, or she did get it but didnt respond.

not knowing that, how should I send a follow up message?

That's a tricky situation...a phone not sending messages sometimes which makes you doubtful if it was Ms. Recycle Bin of your phone's carrier that got it. For pete's sake, get a decent phone to avoid this unnecessary circumstance. Or better yet, call her.
An idiot would say you'll come across as needy because you texted her already and then calls for a follow up. That's not about this case so stop worrying, you have a valid reason. Your phone is shltty.

Assuming she got it is shltty. To ease all doubt you got to call her directly and ask her first if she had read that text.

If she does read it. It figures, just be cordial then that'll be the last time you ever contact her.

But if she haven't received your text, then ask her on the spot and if she accepts, then good. If she flakes... just be cordial then that'll be the last time you ever contact her.
