How to do No Contact

If it's done for the purpose of getting her interest back. How should it be done?

Here's my plan:- I disappear from her life without telling her anything, no breakups, no fights, just vanished away without notice.

But if she contact me herself, should i respond to her?

I'm thinking to respond to her only if she initiate contact, but still act disinterested with her. Now any good examples of acting disinterested which may make her wonder why I'm not talking the same way anymore?

You should never use No Contact with the intention of getting any one female back. No contact is used to forget about the woman that you're pining over and to pursue other women/interests/hobbies. The girl coming back is only a bonus, but by then you should be focused on living a better life.

Agreed. This is the message that should be sent out. The more you truly detach yourself the better chance you have of her wanting to be with you in the end, but DO NOT FOCUS ANY TIME OR THOUGHTS ON HER. If she wants you back then you make a decision, but basically forget about her unless she is begging to get back on your jock. No need to say more.

You should ask yourself the question, Why do you want her back? You broke up with this girl for a reason. Even if you did get back with her, chances are it wouldn't last. Trust me, I've done it and it always ends up being a bad idea.

Bro while you are thinking and devising all these schemes to get her back and her interest level up, she is sleeping with a 6'1 basketball player who is buying her jewelry afterwards.

Don't behave as if she is think she is thinking of you, behave as is she is living her life meeting people and getting sexed up as often as possible.

Most of the time they'll comeback after they've gone through a breakup or hate the relationship they're in. I usually take them back, but I never lie to myself. I'm not that great of a guy. They have ulterior motives and so do I. My goal is usually to have fun and sex. I slipped with one woman and started having feelings, but I got myself under control before the inevitable end. A year later she came back yet again.
