Hey guys, im really new here at the fitness center and just started working out and bulking thanks to DIESEL's help. I've heard dead lifts build your entire body, but i don't know how to do them in proper form. Can someone post some pics of the starting position and finished position and describe what you did during the process? Thanks in advance
