“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hi

It's been four years since we broke up, during these four years there have been periods were we have seen each other rarely, which obviously made me feel better. But a couple of weeks ago we went on a trip (we have the same friend circle) and I've seen her for 7 days in a row. I came home and couldn't get her out of my mind, basically I almost felt the same as the moment we broke up.

During this holiday I ignored her to 'protect' her from me. If she said something to me, I answered as short as possible (which eventually lead her to get mad at me, which in turn made it worse for myself). But I want to know what I have to do next, I want to feel better and I know the best is to completely banish her, but this is impossible, I can't dump my friends just to not see her... But something has to happen, I can't seem to get over her if I keep seeing her.

Should I keep ignoring her? What should I do? (besides banging another girl or flirting with one, I've not arrived at that point yet).

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Its been 4 years dude. I think it is time for you to bang out another girl. Youve been heartbroken for 4 years of which your ex has not made an attempt at reconcile, she dont want you and shes over the breakup. She was probably mad you act immature after 4 years of not being together. Im still friends with all my exes.

You're saying you haven't banged another girl in four years? That's your problem - not your ex. You'll forget about her when you're smashing some other chick.
