How to deal with and respond to mean, disrespectful family members?

1. One of my uncle and aunty knows my ambition to go into mobile app development and self employment, I've talked to their oldest son (who've told them) for a couple of months now and everytime I go to their house, they've just ignored and not acknowledged me.
   
   Now their youngest son has a got a job (they didn't say what job), they just said he got a job and he's got a masters. It could be a ****ty job and probably is and they will exaggerate it.
   
   They acknolwedged my sister but once again, failed to ackolwedge me for the late 6 times in a row because they know I could possibly be more successful than their son). I was treated very badly last christmas party.
   
   The aunty, uncle and 2 of their youngest sons want me to fail and the youngest son is mocking me because he's brother got a job and thinks I'm a loser.
   
   They will want to see a reaction out of me and they think I'm not clever enough about the whole thing.
   
   They don't want to be the black sheep of the family.
   
   How should I behave? They are looking for a reaction out of me and they will take the diss by saying "go to India to get married"?

Wtf lol. why would you care about them anyway. why you want them to respect you. just cut them from your life and make your business
