"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

It sounds like you are jumping to conclusions there, Jariel. But if you are really THAT bent on getting revenge, why not give Mr. Scumbag a taste of his own medicine...(i.e: unwanted sexual attention). Get a warpig or gay dude to hit on him, grab his crotch, etc. Eye for an eye as they say.

Oh yeah 1 more thing before I go, and something for you to ponder. Its fvcksticks like you who are responsible for countless men being falsely accused of rape/abuse toward women. You captainsaveaho's continual pandering to them and their fantasies is the sole reason we are in this mess.

You should be ashamed.
THere is some truth to what you say, TittieMan. Women do exaggerate and manipulate quite a bit, but that doesn't mean that rape or violence towards them is always blown out of proportion. Quite the contrary...most abused or violated women clam up because they are ashamed of what happened. MY ex was raped and only told me and her best friend. Her own parents still have no idea!

Having said that..this situation seems very fishy. I don't think this guy is the only one playing you Jariel!

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I'm sorry PRMoon, but that's a one stupid b!tch if she blames you for getting raped. She should have gone to the police when this guy started harrasing her.
Yeah you guys still aren't getting it. It's not that she BLAMED me for getting raped, she was just overly upset that I didn't pay any attention to her when she told me the situation was pretty bad and I just blew her off. Agreed if the guy was really bothering her that bad she should of at least told police or her parents or some figure of athority other then her friend. I decided long time ago (this was when I was in HS) that there was more she could of done but that doesn't mean I couldnt' have participated more. If I'd of paid attention to what was goin on and she didn't go to any athorities then how hard would it of been for me to let some one know?

Whatever the reason and the outcome getting raped and becoming pregnant at such a young age is a TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE PERIOD! Did she act irrational after that? F*ck yeah she did but do I blame her? Not really, at that point I don't have the right to pass blame. And again I dont' even think she knew the gravity of the situation becaue it wasn't like it was a prolonged harrassment before she got raped. Her harrasment wasn't nearly as bad as the one outlined by jariel here, it was mostly verbal. I don't even think the guy touched her before he raped her.

Ah well the world's a bad place but were it one of my guy friends who was getting harrassed, even once by some one, I 'd of delt out the punishment on the spot. But since it was a girl I figured drama queen and I was way above all that noise to get involved. Kind of a double standard, but again life isn't fair.

Lost in Translation: You are right, that is not normal and those are questions I cannot answer. Mr Snakeman's girlfriend lets him get away with it all and just sits in the corner looking like she's about to cry. I have asked her why she doesn't say anything and she's like "Well I don't want him to think I'm the posessive and jealous type" etc. Basically, he has her in the palm of his hand and she won't stand upto him - another example of him targetting insecure girls.

Personally I don't feel like I'm making excuses for this girl, because she is just one of many girls he tries it with and who reject him. This guy is really bottom of the barrel and girls usuall describe him as "repulsive", "slimy", "making their skin crawl", "creep" and "sleazy", so that makes it even harder to believe she's encouraged him.

But in conclusion...

...I have decided to let it go. She has agreed to avoid him, so neither of us intend to see him again. If we do encounter him while out with friends, I'll be scrutinizing him and will only react if I see him step out of line.

A fair compromise, right?
