Spend a good hour or two, going through this individual's wall and "LIKE" all of their posts.

When they login to facebook, they will receive 200 alerts,
for each of the individual post you liked.

That will definately get their attention!!!

or for the guys make sure you like only the pictures of their girlfriends. And then write stuff like "your girlfriend's pretty hot, you guys planning on breaking up any time soon?"

but if you really want to hook up with the girlfriend make sure you send her a pic of your dong.
