How would you recommend making a new website? I'm obviously speaking from a point of view of little or no money, if not Id go to someone who gets payed to do so hehe.
I'm looking for something that looks serious enough. Maybe not a lot of space of online storage, just basic something basic. There is the .blogspot option, but I feel that takes seriousness out of the equation, it doesn't look serious/professional.
There is this "landrush.ws" site, but I dropped from it because it has a banner on top of the site promoting itself. I am currently looking at:
www.roxer.com, www.webs.com (previously freewebs apparently).
Tips suggestions, as always are very welcome! Thanks a lot!
